All about Benjamin

Here are a few things about our wonderful Ben who is now four years old!
1. He likes to ride his bike "super-fast" (as he puts it) around the neighborhood
2. He is fascinated with things that have lights (i.e. trains, cars, flashlights, bike wheels, etc)
3. He always notices when a light is burned out, and calls for a "light ball" to fix it with.
4. He carries his flashlight everywhere he goes, including church (if Mommy doesn't notice in time)
5. He totally hero worships his dad and would rather stay at home with Poppy than go do "fun" things with Mommy and his sisters.
6. He keeps a very good track of Poppy's things, including (but not limited to) Poppy's keys, watch, phone, pectoral cross, DR PEPPER (oh yes!), black work bag, and makes sure that the rest of us do not "bother" Poppy's things.
7. His face is very expressive and he can wrinkle it in unbelievable ways to make his point ("I'm mad/I'm sad/I'm embarrassed/I'm cute so please don't discipline me etc)
8. He always wants to go to church
9. He has the cutest way of telling us that he loves us.
10. He has a unique way of saying any word that rhymes with "there". For example,
"there" is pronounced as "thay-er"
chair................................"chay-er"
bear................................"bay-er"

and hence, he calls his little sister whom he totally adores: "Anna CLAY-er"
