Getting ready for Christmas
The kids have been preparing for Christmas ever since the last bite of Thanksgiving turkey was swallowed. They have decorated and redecorated the upstairs, put up and decorated a 5 ft tree, put together a larger tree, took the decorations off the smaller tree...on and on.
Before I left for Brad's office to use his computer Brad, Chloe, and Ben were working on a wreath for the front door so I snapped a few pictures.
Chloe was in charge of making the bow, a skill she learned while helping the church ladies decorate the nave. Ben was in charge of clipping the twigs to the right length.
Everyone wanted to have their picture taken!
~The final product- Good job everyone! I tried to get a close-up but the camera died. Next to Chloe's bow are frosted grapes, pomegranates and pinecones. (The mums aren't really looking too good, are they? I guess I need to replace them.)
