Making mozzerella

Kievan made homemade mozzerella for us. It was very interesting to see how cheese is made! The mozzerella had a wonderfully smooth texture. I didn't get a picture of the final product, but it sure was pretty! Brad used the left-over whey and made ricotta, which was also really good.
