Kievan's Skillet Lasagna- only one pan!
Kievan's Homemade Biscuits
*makes about 12 biscuits
Fluff flour with a fork (or sift)
Measure out (3) cups of self-rising flour
Cut (1) stick of butter into the flour with pastry cutter
Add (1) cup milk (or buttermilk/yogurt/etc) and mix with fork until
just combined
Sprinkle tea towel with flour, then put ball of dough on towel.
Fold other half of towel over dough and press down. (Do only 4 times)
Pat dough out to 1/2 inch. Dip your biscuit cutter or glass into flour and then proceed to cut out biscuits. Should make about 12.
Bake at 450 for about 10 minutes
